We’re proud to announce that Beck/Allen and Property Enhancements, LLC were named Bespoke Design Challenge Winners in the Poggenpohl Innovation Design Contest for a Clayton, MO kitchen renovation. The interior designers at Property Enhancements worked with Mike Beck to create custom cabinetry throughout this 20th-floor residence. The unit was stripped from floor to ceiling and reconfigured to achieve a seamless, modern yet inviting aesthetic with an open floorplan that takes advantage of breathtaking views.
The kitchen design incorporates Poggenpohl +SEGMENTO cabinets, tip-up doors and custom appliance panels. Inside the doors and drawers, Poggenpohl accessories house cutlery dividers, knife blocks, spices and rollout waste baskets.
Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances from AUTCOhome were used throughtout the kitchen. With dual cooktops, false walls were designed to solve ventilation challenges posed by the necessary down-draft units.
Poggenpohl cabinets and finishes were used to create a custom fireplace surround, concealing storage on each end.
Sophisticated finishes used in the wet bar complement the living room furnishings and custom panels conceal essential refrigerator drawers and an ice maker.
