As part of a new construction project, Mike Beck worked closely with the homeowner and St. Louis custom homebuilder St. Albans Construction on this unique kitchen design. Fulfilling the homeowner’s vision would call for a mix of Old World-inspired elements.
Mike worked with distressed and glazed cabinetry from Crystal Cabinet Works and Shiloh Cabinetry using custom panels to conceal appliances. A one-of-a-kind range hood and a show-stopping kitchen island are focal points in this large, inviting space.
Appliances from AUTCOhome include this Wolf Gas Cooktop. Cabinetry surrounding the cooktop is from the Keyline collection by Crystal Cabinet Works.
The kitchen island was made using Shiloh Cabinetry and customized by the team at St. Albans using intricate carved molding from Enkeboll. Double-thick granite with a double ogee edge was selected for the island countertops.
